Unbound: 2015 Fashion Graduation Show

One thing I love about my school is how the Fashion students has a showcase of their graduation pieces yearly, and I am so glad to be part of it for 2 consecutive years straight. My jobs for the past 2 years was just to mainly usher and guide guests into their respective seats. Though the job may be tiring, it was worth it because I always anticipate what the graduating batch has to offer.

This year's graduation show was held in MCAD, which was located in my school. The venue gave the show a private feeing to it, because of how the space is. It was rather small and comfy, compared to last year's show. It actually made the pieces stood out even more, because the attention was mainly focus at all the beautiful pieces that was shown in the runway.

The pictures above were taken by my trusty iPhone5S camera and they are some of my favourite pieces. It was hard to take good shots using my phone because the models were constantly moving. As for my job? Well I enjoyed working with the other ushers this years because they were mostly my batchmates and Mamu was also ushering with me this year!

Everything thrifted except Underground Creepers, Bugis Street Eyeball Necklace, Harajuku Street Socks & Kimomu outwear (The longer sleeved innrer outerwear)

This was what I wore for the show this year! As usual, the required outfit for all ushers was to be in all black. I usually love bending the rules and hence for this year, I've decided to play around with layering lightweight kimonos, since the weather at this time of the year was out to kill. My creepers would be the usual shoe for such events and outfits because of how eye catching it is. It also gives my outfit a total different character.

Ending off my post with BTS pictures taken before each shows started, and also the people I worked with.

Till my next post!
