Out of the whole bunch of photos I managed to capture during my short road trip getaway, I have narrowed down to about 50+ photos that will at least help to explain how fucking amazing this trip was! That almost one week (April 29 - May 5) of nothing but laughters and relaxed moments spent with the best company I can ever ask for, even though we were incomplete. The photos are arranged according to what events took place each day.
To summarize what we did, we traveled to different locations that were near Via's home. We started with her area, Pangansinan. We were toured around by her parents whom by the way, planned out our itinerary for this whole trip! They were so accommodating and welcoming to all of us which made this trip even better, considering the fact that this was all our first time being away from the city without our parents.
The next day, we headed off to Baguio where we went to different locations like the point where we could view the mountainous scenery of how high we were at already, PMA and the tourist spots of Baguio City. We ended our trip there by doing a little bit of thrift shopping! The whole Baguio trip really excited all of us because we've been planning to go there for the longest time (technically from the time we became one group) and it was so nice to finally be able to experience the cold air and amazing scenery!
On the last 2 days of our stay, we went to a beach resort and literally just chilled over barbeque food and the sound of the waters crashing onto the shore. It felt so great to be walking on sand while being able to smell the salty air, coming form the beach water. Camillie and I explored a bit on the first evenning in the beach resort. We found a few small caves which looked really cool but scary at the same time. We also went swimming at the pool in the night and also the next morning, after dipping ourselves in the sea for a while.
Some of the highlights from this trip was that I got to taste the local pinoy dishes that Via's parents let us try, to experience the beach over here, since that was my first time being in a beach here in The Philippines and also being at Baguio for the first time in my life! I would definately wanna save up my allowance for another adventure like this, especially if I'll be out and about with the same group of people.
