Daily Uniform

Thrifted Top and Pants, eBay Jacket, Zara Shades, Dr Martens Sandals

There are days where I just get so uninspired to create something new and I end up grab the first few pieces that comes to my mind. I call these outfits my "Daily Uniform" because they are the kind of pieces where i'll be wearing most of the time to school. Silk is one of my all time favourite fabric and I have a strong feeling i'll be be living on this fabric for the rest of my life. 

For this outfit, I grabbed whatever they came into my mind because I was already running late for class (as usual, what's new?). I finished this comfy ensemble by wearing my new pair of Dr Martens leather sandals they gifted to me for my 18th birthday and also my latest purchase from Zara. I have been eyeing the "goggle looking" shades for quite some time and I am glad I was able to get them before they got sold out!

A short story on how I got the sandals: Right before we went to this Mexican restaurant for my birthday dinner, I went into a Dr Martens shop just to browse their shoes. In the end, I was trying 2 pairs of sandals and my parents picked this pair for me because they said it looked so comfy and I could wear them to school almost everyday. Truth to be told, that is what I did when I returned back to school a couple of days later. I could not stop wearing them because they are literally one of the most comfiest pair of footwear I ever had. The ironic part was that Dr Martens shoes are one of the hardest to break into. I think i'll be wearing these sandals to death!
