Coachella Weekend

Everything thrifted except H&M Pants & Dr Martens Sandals 

A few Saturdays ago, one of my good friends from school, Jemi, had her debut celebration and the theme for her party was "Coachella".

Since the theme highlighted the essence of summer & bohemian vibes, I decided to go with prints that speaks of those who adjectives!  A tropical printed monochrome-ish shirt with some printed palm trees and a kimono over it was one of the first few options I had in mind when I was staring at my wardrobe. I finished my outfit with a simple silver necklace, my comfy Dr Marten sandals and this small bag which I thrifted at some random garage sale that took place near my school.

My friends and I spent quite some time brainstorming for our outfits and it was quite exciting to see what all of them had planned to wear on that night! We met up early at Taft and immediately went out to Via's place to chill and settle down for a while before preparing. It was quite cute to see my girlfriends doing each other's hair and makeup while Mamuro and I helped each other with our hair and making ourselves look presentable. We arrived at the venue really early but we managed to hog up the photo booth for a while!

It was a really fun night and also a good way to end our term break. I guess I shall let the photos below speak for what happened during the rest of the night!
