Tropical Feels In A Concrete Jungle, Perhaps?

Making some time to update this space of mine before I dive into another pile of lecture notes and last minute projects. The mid-term examination week is just a few days away and hence most of my time in school is taken up into doing projects. Though I don't mind the stress and workload at all because it somehow makes me feel productive. 

Anyways I styled this outfit minute for my Friday classes last week and while doing so, I remembered the pre-summer break thoughts I had and imagined what would it be like if I spent summer going to beach resorts and what would I pack for such getaways. I'd say i'll be packing these items with me, minus the cut out shoes. They are all perfect and comfy for me to wear. Some may wonder why would wonder why would I be wearing a denim jacket to the beach. Well, it does get pretty chilly at night so why not? 

I actually am really craving to go to some beach getaway adventure with my friends next summer because it's been a really long time since I last went to the beach. Plus the beaches here in The Philippines is way better than Singapore, considering the fact that the colour of the waters are clearer. 

I decided to add that cut out strappy shoes instead of a pair of sandals to give this outfit a different character to it. I didn't want to look like i'm going to for a getaway though but more of like going to school. I guess you get where i'm going with this.
