The chilly weather in Manila last week definitely calls for some layering. It has been raining a lot in Manila recently and even though it has been pretty chilly, there are still some downfalls such as the Internet speed and how slow it becomes.
For this ensemble, it reflects on how much I’ve been inspired by the street style from London Fashion Week. Yes, another ensemble that I would definately wear if I was attending LFW. Even though Manila’s weather isn’t as amazing as London’s, it was still pretty much cooling on that day and hence it I decided to wear the trench coat out as well. I’ve also been into the whole jersey shirt trend and I was super excited when I managed to find this basketball cropped jersey shirt at the thrift store for an amazing deal of just 10 pesos! Let’s talk about being lucky, seriously. I’ve also decided to finish off the outfit with my depression cut out shoes that Chris got me for Christmas. I was intending to wear my New Balance shoes out instead but I guess it’s more fun to play around with the different genres of pieces in one ensemble.
This sem’s schedule is less intense as compared to last term because I always notice that my bag doesn’t really contain much things as compared as before. Just for that day, I decided to try something new and bring a clutch to school instead of my usual vintage brown suede bag pack. I received so many compliments about it too about how amazing the print looks! A big thank you for my sister who ordered it online because she wanted to get me something on my birthday.
School’s starting to get more busier now and I apologize if my posts are starting to get lesser and lesser. I'm ending my post with some behind the scene photos with my friends!
