Top and Pants: Vintage, Thrift | Snap-back: Mishka | Shoes: Vintage Dr Martens, Omighty! | Bag: Marikina
To start of with a new outfit post after what it seems like to be forever, I just want to say that I am so glad that I manged to configure some settings in my spare laptop that I am using. Which means I can finally start updating my blog with more outfit posts!
The outfit I wore on the first day of my College life. The title says it all because my College journey is also the new start of the First Day of my Life. I am finally beginning the journey of doing what I love to do, which is fashion. The first day of school went really well and even though everyone was still trying to get to know one another, everyone was so welcoming and that helped because later on we felt more comfortable with each other.
So far after about 3 months of being in College, I am honestly gonna say that things are going really really well for me. I am surrounded by people that loves me and they too are one most the most wonderful bunch of people I could ever ask for to be with. I feel really really blessed to have friends that are so welcoming. Before orientation started, I was actually quite scared to be an outcast because I did not grow up here. I was afraid that no one would understand me because of the way I spoke. However I was wrong. If you guys know me in school and are reading this, THANK YOU FOR MAKING ME SO WELCOMED!!!
Anyways for my back-to-school/College life outfit, I've decided to channel my personal favourite style by clashing prints together. For this look I've decided to throw on one of my favourite printed shirts with a pair of silk pajamas I thrifted just a few days before school begun. Since I didn't have any other bagpacks with me, I decided to use this hedgehog-esque bagpack that I got at Marikina sometime back in February.
I added my Mishka snapback because I was insecure of how short my hair was during that time. Even though I manged to dye it back to green, I was still insecure of it's length. (Yes, my mother made me cut my hair short + get it dyed back to brown) Lastly, I decided to wear my vintage brown low-cut Dr Martens instead.
That's all for now. Stay tuned for more outfit posts because there are quite a number of them that are pending!

Hey! I'm going to Manila really soon. Any stores or thrift shops you recommend? :)
