TITANIC EXHIBITION + MUM'S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION (PART 1)

HELLLLLLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOO READERS!!!! Im so sorry for neglecting this space because right now im rushing through my revisions because my mid-terms have already started! But to be honest i think i wont to well at all because they rushed exams.

Today's maths paper was really horrible and once i got home just now i went to sleep straight away.

Anyways, not to dwell too much about exams, im here to blog about my Titanic experience! I went to the Titanic Exhibition with my family last Sunday at Marina Bay Sands (yes the day before MT paper) because it was the last day and we wanted to celebrate my mum's birthday after that too.

We arrived there around 11am and I was shocked to see the Arts and Science Museum packed with so much people! Luckily my aunt, uncle, sister and Josh went there earlier to buy the tickets so that we didnt have to line up with the rest of the queue! We waited for about a few minutes in the line among with other people who was waiting for their turn to enter the exhibition. The funny thing about that day was tourists + some locals kept coming up to Josh, my sister and I for directions, enquirers, questions and when we gave them the blank expression they apologized and they said they thought we worked there haha! It was both funny and weird for the 3 of us because that was the first time we got such umm, compliments i guess? While we were waiting, a staff went around passing "boarding tickets" but behind it was information of the actual passengers that went on board before. Sadly the information i got stated that this guy was suppose to travel with his brother but then his brother backed out last minute because he sense something was going to happen. In the end the person died.

The exhibition was overall breathtaking and amazing because the artifacts that they had on display were all from under the ocean more than over a 100 years ago. They dug it out to do further investigations and research. Looking at all the artifacts really makes me wonder how was the objects like when the Titanic was still sailing and alive. The part where i felt more emotional was towards the sinking part where they showed the passenger's comments and the famous people who never managed to make it alive. There was even a live iceberg in one of the stations!

After the exhibition we went to have lunch and desserts at Coffee Bean. We managed to get seats that were by the water ride thingy which was pretty cool because we can see the people's facial expressions and all.

The pictures taken on that day was taken using my camera + Josh's camera but right now i only have my pictures available because he hasnt pass the pictures from him camera to me. Shall upload the other pictures in another blog post soon which also has my outfit pictures for LB!
